First time stopping by this gas station and convenience store. As soon as I walked in, the lady working in the kitchen there welcomed me, “Welcome to QT! “ that was a nice surprise. She showed me how to order food from kiosk very kindly. When I picked up the order, she said “ Hope you enjoy the sandwiches, because I made them with LOVE !” How sweet is it! When I told her, the lady’s room floor was wet, she asked a staff to check on it immediately. We need more hard working people like her. They make their customers feel valued and understood. I praise her work ethic and high level of customer service! The beef wrap and Italian sandwich she made were really good. Love makes the difference!

Always raising prices on a Monday or Tuesday, at least 40cents/gal at a time when the ACTUAL price of gas (Search RBOB Gas) would rise barely 2-5 cents and then take 2-3 weeks to bring back to "normal" .The rest of the retailers quickly follow this lead as they are very prominent and thus everyone pays more than justified. Try shopping elsewhere. They might do this to squeeze you to use the app but that just brings them extra revenue as they track you constantly and sell your info.

Such a small amount of brisket in this. I ordered a brisket grilled cheese about a month ago and same thing, hardly any brisket at all. Actually once they cut it there was no brisket on one side of it. You get way more in the premade sandwiches. Also it seems like they took a Mac n cheese they had out all day and they a small spoonful of brisket on it and served it to me. Their sandwiches are amazing though.

I am disabled and I had to use the restroom. It is midnight and apparently they close the restroom every single night. I told him I was disabled and I need to go to the restroom and they refused to open it for me. I will be calling a lawyer so I hope your district manager gets this, that is called discrimination

Excellent experience! An update to the outstanding experience for the last year consistently visiting this station. The food items (hot or cold) are always fresh, available, of good quality. The staff is very helpful, friendly, polite, very active, willing to go the extra mile (i.e. Minnhaj highly professional, thorough, positive and caring, also Jaxson; similar in the past, Slade, Alejandro, Nathaniel, Tyler, Ayana, April , Kerri, Tasheba, Christina, Vivian, Brandon, Joshua, Darryn, Jose, Carlos, Tierra). Even at rush hours (day or night) they manage the wait line to be non-existing (or max a couple of minutes). Security does an outstanding vigilant job (i.e. Cory), so the place is very safe. The store is always very clean (day or night) and the gas pumps have all the windshield washer accessories available. I lived in many states (and also in few countries) and I can tell I am very impressed with this store, driving some distance to get here. I strongly recommend it.
