I just experienced probably the worst pedicure of my life. And I’ve had MANY. The nail tech appeared as if she wanted to be anywhere but at her job. I paid $40.00 for what felt like a 15 minute express pedicure.It was also highly unsanitary with reused nail files sitting at each station. Instead of hot towels on my legs, she used one lukewarm washcloth. I will not return. And for comfort, zero stars. I couldn’t even rest my head back because the makeshift bench was just up against the wall. The lady at the front was kind enough, but nothing can salvage that pedicure.

Phew, not the place to go if you’re looking for a relaxing, quality experience. Called ahead and was rushed to sit immediately saying that the water was ready, just for us to sit down to empty tubs and COLD WATER. I asked for warmer and it just was colder… 🥶 The team was in such a rush, that they did skipped several steps of the pedi and almost forgot the parts of the mani that I had to catch and correct. They have a communal bench for you to sit on while getting a mani, that took work for me to stay seated on, and definitely hurt my back. Rushed through my mani and left my nails splotchy. I felt like a twizzler when I was getting my pedi and they had me reach across my body to the other side to file my nails, just to move me to a seat afterwards. They also DID NOT CLEAN THE PEDI TUB IN BETWEEN PEOPLE. 🤮 Just to finish the service out, the nail tech was too busy texting to check my nails on the way out. 🙄😬

They sat our party of four right away and for a split second I thought, “yes, this is going to be cute.” The cut was good, color was fine…I was still in my pamper fantasy. Then they hit fast-forward on the whole thing like they were speedrunning a salon challenge. My friend got the start to her mani while getting her pedi at the same time (chaotic energy), I got pulled mid–nail paint to the lobby sofa so they could seat someone new (who my friends started chatting with, addressing him directly as NewJoe), and our “foot soak” was in cold water that got even colder when I asked for warmer. The group got split up so we were basically yelling across the room and texting each other like we were in a long distance situationship. The climax? A “leg massage” that was a quick rub with a cool washcloth followed by lotion smeared on my ankles. Clear coat over still-wet polish to seal the deal. We came in ready for relaxation. We left with decent nails, mild frostbite, and a group chat full of what just happened.

Lovely space. 3 ladies gave me and my friend mani/pedis and did a great job. They were all kind and friendly. My nail tech took care of my split pinky nail with a seal. Great job again. The space is so pretty, quiet, and relaxing. No huge TVs blaring bad news. I loved the selection of colors, too. They don’t have massage chairs, but we didn’t miss them at all. I never liked the idea of bouncing around while my polish was being applied. Big bonus: we were able to get a same day appointment together within an hour of calling, and on a Sunday! We were not rushed at all and had a wonderful experience. I guess we just found our new go-to nail salon! Thank you to all of these wonderful professionals at Ravenswood Nail Party!

Went here recently for the first time and was drawn in by all the plants in the window. They make the space very cute and smell nice. I got the spa mani and pedi and was happy with the results! One person worked on my mani while someone else did my pedi so I was in and out in 1 hour. Plus, I requested normal nail polish and my mani lasted two weeks which is a new record for me.
