Do yourself a favor and skip this place for your photo and art replication needs. You can find other places in town that will be happy to get the job done. You will save yourself the hassle of working with the ornery, cat-eyed old lady other reviewers here have encountered. I came in with 3 canvas paintings by my close friend who recently passed away, which she was aware of. I got quoted 65/scan plus about 15 per paper copy. I don't know how competative that is but i accepted and asked her to please handle the pieces with care as they hold sentimental value. She coldly responded with "i can't guarantee i will not damage them", and proceeded to tell me she's also really backed up and is three weeks out. While i understand they're busy, this person could really use a course on basic customer service skills. As you can imagine, this interaction didn't sit well nor did it give me the confidence that my friend's artwork would be handled with care. After a couple days later, I decided to come back to collect the art to take elsewhere. I was greeted by her death stare and two barking chihuahuas charging at me upon opening the door. No greeting, no attempt to calm the intrusive dogs, just an unbelievable overall experience. At least I was able to recover the work without much talking. Nope, never again. Unless you're an existing customer, i could understand coming back. Everyone else, beware!!
