To anyone reading these reviews: the one-star ratings are not exaggerations—not even close. Do not live here. I know people sometimes leave negative reviews over minor issues, but this is not one of those cases. The problems with this property are serious, repeated, and absolutely unacceptable. Be mindful that the higher rated reviews sometimes arent even for this place, it's for the resturants and shops in the area. This place lures in young adults by advertising itself as “luxury,” fully aware that most of us don’t have the financial resources to challenge them legally. While I lived here, I was harassed by a homeless man in the common room at 7 a.m.—management’s only response was, “We’ll keep a lookout for him.” I spent a year asking for updates about the broken garage doors. Nothing was done. Finally my car was broken into after security stopped showing up. Multiple cars were vandalized, and I was treated like I was the problem for bringing it up. The hallways and garages were filthy the entire time and the common room smelled like urine (2023-2024). So much more happened in just one year (failed fire alarms, broken AC units, broken fiber internet, vandalism, mail boxes broken into, etc). I gave myself a full year to cool off before writing this, but I still feel just as angry. Once I moved into a different building and saw what basic care for residents looks like, I couldn’t believe I had tolerated this for so long. I truly don’t know how any leasing professional can, in good conscience, continue signing people into these buildings. Completely unethical and honestly so sad. Whether the blame lies with Greystar or the property owners, someone needs to finally take responsibility. This place isn’t just mismanaged—it’s unsafe and harmful to the people who live here. Do. Not. Live. Here. They try to scam you out of your money, this place is not worth how much you have to pay to live here. Their amenities aren’t great, the gym is small and doesn’t offer much, the pools are also not that great, on top of that the mailboxes get broken into, the garage gates are constantly breaking. Making it easy for people to get in. Their elevators get broken occasionally and they take their sweet time fixing it in multiple buildings, making it hard for those who have difficulty moving around or for moving. On top of that, when you move out, they’ll try to scam you out of your money and charge you fees for damage that doesn’t exist. It’s ridiculous. My friend also lived here and had a huge roach problem. She tried going to the front office and all they said was “did you try bug spray.”

I would not recommend renting from this property management company. They were incredibly pushy when trying to get me into the apartment, but once I signed the lease, it was like they vanished. Any time I’ve brought up issues, they’ve either dismissed my concerns completely or told me they weren’t valid. The walls are basically paper thin. I can hear everything happening above me and next to me, from footsteps to conversations to TVs—there is zero sound insulation. It's like living in a fishbowl. We also pay $30 a month for valet trash, but half the time the trash isn’t picked up on time, and when it is, it’s done sloppily. For what we’re paying, the service is unacceptable. Overall, the management is unresponsive and unhelpful, and the quality of living is far below what was promised when I moved in.

I had a fantastic experience visiting Residences at the Triangle! The leasing office team was warm, professional, and welcoming. I had the pleasure of meeting Cade, the Resident Services Manager, and Hollie, the Community Manager—both were incredibly helpful. The community is well-maintained, and it’s clear the staff truly cares about their residents. Plus, their resident access entry system is top-notch—you can buzz in guests by phone for secure access to the parking garage and entryways. Highly recommend!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! YOU’ll BE SORRY YOU DID!!! I missed so many red flags before I moved in. The first was they refused to let me see a unit in person. I thought it was because all the units were full, but they basically wanted to pushed the move in on me and made me think someone was going to take the unit from me. After living here for a while, I know most of the units are sitting empty, probably because they basically look like glorified dorm rooms. I’ve seen bigger refrigerators and kitchen sinks in a travel trailer. The ceiling walls are paper thin and all you can hear is the upstairs tenants walking around and in my case stomping around all day and night. The entire complex looks like it hasn’t been managed and maintained for 20 years. The garage gate is constantly broken. The elevators feel like you could possibly die in them. Don’t get me even get me started constant power outages, fire alarms, cricket infestation and the bird droppings that cover the grill area. The pool hasn’t been cleaned the entire time I’ve been here and quite frankly looks like you might catch something in it. They use to clean the hallway about once a week but that shortly stopped about a month after I moved in. Pretty sure they do that so you think they do it all the time but it stops pretty quickly. For the price of rent they charge for this “Luxury” apartment, you are better off going somewhere else. I promise you can find some much better and nicer for the money. I would rather sit in traffic for 2 hours both ways and live somewhere else then extend my lease here that they went up on….I also paid for a move out cleaning ($225) that guarantees your deposit back, which I did get back minus last month utilities which is expected but they charged me $25 because I didn’t clean my toilet in the stove top? You mean to tell me you’ll clean my tub but not my toilet or my stove top not the inside of the oven just the top…..Lol this place… 2 Stars is generous
