The website told me it opens 5:30 to 8:30 once I got there at 5:25 they told me it was closed and that is starts tomorrow this got me so upset but at least there was a good view of an ocean and there was a pool, when I was leaving there was people in the rink like what the hell I don’t recommend this place.

The first time I'll tell you once I get it so far the prices are so so. Okay so I'm still here it is fun so you should all bring your children and the family it doesn't get that pack at least not today so it's a good place and there is bus and there is a free parking if you have a car to Park downstairs and you need to get a pass from the guard that is in the entrance.

Would love to revisit this park and scout out all there is to do. We had a hockey game at the rink ( a covered outdoor rink). Locker rooms are super small, making the team get dressed in shifts. Parking is crazy, you have to get a parking slip from the main gate, drop your children and then go find where to park. The lot ideally is UNDER the rink, but getting there is tricky, and the elevator is broken. Be prepared to walk 6 flights. We had a great day weather wise. I'm not sure how it would work out if the weather was bad. I have to say the staff was exceptionally helpful and everyone was friendly.

THE STAFF IS NICE AND PAY ATTENTION, WITH PATIENCE, WHEN HELP IS NEEDED... THE MUSIC WAS OK, WE JUST WISH THE DJ PAYED ATTENTIONS OF FEW SONGS WITH LYRICS NOT CHILDREN FRIENDLY, BUT THE OTHER MIX WERE ENJOYABLE... IT WAS NOT CROWDED SURPRISING ON A SATURDAY... Waited over an 1 and 45 mins to get in. One cash register with probably more than 100 people on the line. Spoke to a manager who was rude. The skate rental was easy. The rink overall was really nice but the wait time was awful. My kids really wanted to skate which is why I stayed. Otherwise I would have left. Riverbank please consider other ways to take payments.
