My friend has been with her son who is battling neuroblastoma for over 14 years and has traveled to many states using The Ronald McDonald facilities. Her son is hospitalized, due to complications, and she was just asked to leave the NYC location. When asked why, she was told they are at capacity with no clear answer. Shame on them!! You a mother who is dealing with a son who is debilitating pain and now has to worry about housing. I was a donator for years, no more!!! Disgusting behavior!

Very friendly and helpful staff and volunteers. They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. They provide just about anything you could possibly need toiletries wise. The donated meals can be a little hit or miss but they really don't have control over food quality. They have free ride service to and from the hospital for patients and parents. Some rooms are a little small, but it's free or for a very small fee don't expect the Ritz. Appreciate the fact that you have somewhere to stay while your loved one receives treatment.
