Absolutely the biggest blessing. My child was in TX for 7 weeks of treatment. To have a place to stay and meals to not worry about was such a huge weight off my shoulders so I could focus my time and attention on my child. Only wish they would fix the sign light. It would make arriving at night so much more welcoming.

What a blessing RMDH has been to our family over the last three months. Not only is the facility excellent but the atmosphere is sweet as well. It allowed my grandchildren to be close to their mother as she cared for their newborn with a complete heart block. We appreciated the donated meals, laundry facilities and the activities for the patients and siblings. Thank you so much to any person or organization that helps make The Ronald MacDonald House of Dallas available and successful.

So I had to leave early because I had a medical emergency with another child. They asked me if they could pack my bags for me. I told them I would be there the next day to pack them. They still packed my bags left Containers open threw all my things in a trash bag when I had a suitcase ruined so many clothes and shoes of me and my Childrens ruined My kids phone and another phone is now missing. They haven’t done anything about it when I was there. It was told to me other families were not to touch other people’s food my Groceries were stolen multiple times made multiple complaints. Nothing ever happened. There was a time me and my kid went a whole month without groceries And had to eat what they fed us because another family of 16 when there’s only supposed to be four from another country kept taking other people’s belongings and I wasn’t the first report and once again they did nothing about it

This was truly a home away from home. It has been a peaceful place to return to daily while my child has been receiving medical care. The rooms, bathrooms, common areas are all clean. If you don’t know what to do between appointments don’t worry because there are things to do while you stay. RMH offers family kitchen (that includes all utensils and a fridge you can put what you like in, also they have staples you can use) you can use if you can not eat what they offer at meals. The staff is understanding and accommodating. I can’t express my gratitude to everyone who works or volunteers here.

First of all I volunteer to help through my job but when we got there instead of serving them we had to actually cook the food for lunch, caught me off guard. But every turned out good the team we had work together and the families love it and we enjoyed being there to help!!
