the food wasn’t that bad. i got chicken and shrimp teriyaki since they were out of beef. it was pretty mediocre overall but wasn’t the worst thing. chicken and shrimp were cooked nicely. the fried rice was meh and nothing exciting. the service wasn’t the greatest. no real formal greeting. what do you want and here’s the total. also, $2 for a bottle of water? seems ridiculous they don’t have tap water.

They water down the sauce. The flavor is right just not enough of it. Ironically they also don’t serve water that’s refillable despite the thing under lemonade that says water. We decided to stop coming here after eating here today. The options around are much better and better price wise. There’s a reason they don’t have someone out giving samples.

2.5 stars for the most consistently busy business in the food court is crazy. I’ve been coming here for 20+ years. Matter fact, I don’t go to the mall to shop. I come to the mall to eat here. I always order “chicken teriyaki, with fried rice, no vegetables” and I don’t put any white sauce. I always ask them to put more teriyaki sauce too before I grab my plate

I ordered my food nearly waited 18 minutes for spring rolls.said something twice to the gentleman, made a smart remark in another language. I ask for a Refund This was at Crabtree Tree Mall in Raleigh, July 27th @ 1pm

Can't review it properly. Ordered food 75+ min before it closed, apparently they just decided to not make it. No call to inform me, from them or the driver. Was a simple chicken and rice order, not even any veggies. I don't understand why they can't even tell the driver to let me know, they just had me wait for over an hour. Disgusting service.
