Not the sleekest karaoke spot. The acoustics could be better. I think it used to be a dentist office or something. Definitely dentist vibes on the inside. We had to cancel because of unforseen health issues with a couple people in our group. They didn't stand by their cancellation policies. Says if you cancel more than 7 days prior you get the down payment minus 5% processing fee refunded. Then when we canceled with more than 7 days notice they respond that we don't get any refund. I would have loved to recommend this place but the customer service makes it not worth the risk, in case anything goes wrong.

It's literally a room with a laptop plugged into a TV and a sound system and microphones with cafe chairs around the edges I am amazed by how basic it was The "software" on the laptop to pick songs is ridiculously hard to use or you just pick songs from YouTube. Like just get a bunch of your mates and buy a couple of the Bluetooth microphones from Amazon Owner seemed nice and it's pretty clean but sorry it's not a good karaoke experience
