The only thing we enjoyed here was the burger. The service wasn’t great and it seemed like the employees did NOT want to be there at all. The fries were just so so and we don’t recommend them. Burger was top notch though! The building’s aesthetic is really neat too.

Yummy yummy!!! Everything was delish. I got a single shack burger and cheese fries, and the cheese sauce on the fries had surprisingly great flavor!! I really enjoyed it but I am sad to say the amount of cheese on the fries was kinda sad😭 if I’m paying extra for cheese I want more than just a little squirt. But other than that everything was so yummy!! Definitely one of my fav burger places. The flavor is amazing on the patties and the milkshake I got was also sooo yummy.

Me and my Wife dined in here about a week ago around 12PM. Food was fresh, no one was in the restaurant, and we ate and was able to leave in time without rushing for our Mariners game. We enjoyed our food and the service provided to us.

This was very underwhelming. Was told rust this place has really good service and top quality food. Got there and ordered from the kiosk, waited 20+ mins for our food. Came to order and found that it showed that every thing was out of order and m ot available. When we did finally get it, the bacon on the burger was raw! Like seriously I paid extra for that on top of an already $15 burger. That wasn't all my wife received hers with raw bacon, the bacon fried we ordered yet again had you guessed it raw bacon...... not crushed up like the picture showed but in whole strips. Wish I could get my $50 back as most of it wasn't eatable.

Okay so I had eaten half my burger before I thought to take a picture so it’s not the best picture, I didn’t plan to post a review but the burger quickly had me changing my mind. The ordering kiosks were so easy to use, and since it was my first time there, having multiple kiosks was super nice because I didn’t feel pressured to hurry. My burger was amazing, cooked exactly as a burger should be! The shack sauce was so good. I walked this back to my hotel and the fries stayed nice and crisp. I am ashamed to say I didn’t get a shake but I plan on going back!!
