I’m a little disappointed. We just purchased a membership and the place needs a deep cleaning. Bathroom doors don’t lock and are dirty. You can see dust on the slide and I just feel stuffy. I haven’t been to this location in maybe 2 years and I definitely remember it feeling clean and bright. Also every single worker has been on their phones the entire time. I’m not sure if their job description entails cleaning but they could be getting so much done if they were not on their phones. I hope they take care of this for everyone’s sake. Also I notice a section but the one trampoline and looks like a hazard. I can see a kid getting their leg stuck in there

Fun place for the family. Kids play and parents hang out and snack watch or 3v2n use the massage chairs. We got the monthly membership so the kids can come any day for 2hr jump time. Clean location. Nice staff. Yummy snacks.

We showed up for the kids jump at 10am. We had a 2.5 year old and my special needs brother who is 25 but the size of a 6 year old and mental capacity of under a 5 year old. They would not allow him to jump due to his age. After explaining that he is mentally challenged and can’t jump even like a 3 year old, they denied him again. We went on with letting the toddler jump with an adult. While observing there were 6 year old kids, aggressively jumping and adults also aggressively jumping. At this time my special needs brother is crying because he is being held back from having fun. His feelings so hurt that he couldn’t participate. I went and spoke with the manager and called out that there are adults jumping and kids jumping more aggressive than this child would who can’t comprehend. At this time it’s 10:45. The manager finally approved him to jump and charges us the full fee for being there for 15 minutes… at this point he was so upset he refused to jump even after getting approved. Very disappointed that a kid/children’s establishment could not understand a special needs child and hurt his feelings so bad.

they are overcharging for these crap. It’s not worth $25 per child. For the snacks and the drinks is outrageous is highway robbery. I think the best place to go for your kids is Frankie’s bowling and David Buster’s. This place is charge $25 for one child and I think they only get like two hours is $25 for a membership so you might as well pay for the membership. But even then it’s not worth it. I’d rather go to Frankies and pay more money at least it’ll be worth it. For $50 at Dave & Buster’s I can basically do everything and the food is not that high either as far as I know the last time I went it was a year ago, but either way I’d rather go to Dave & Buster’s. they definitely need to go down on their prices at sky zone
