This is my smiths and I know where everything is..but the shopping carts suck!!! I have also had 2 big huge rolls of hamburgers bad when I have opened them...and they told me they won't do anything about it without my receipt...what about my FVC??? Im not bringing smelly meat back either to stink my car uo...other than that it's ok

This store is definitely feeling its age. It's not near as clean and bright as many of the other locations. The parking lot is always a little bit overwhelming. It's not the most clean store I've been in, nor is it always well organized. However, the people that work there are friendly.

They guaranteed to make your mobile order right??? Well that's a lie and I can prove it be careful when you order from this particular store especially! If they complete your order most likely the items you receive will be close to expiration definitely not what you would pick out if you were shopping yourself! After talking to the employees about correcting the matter I spoke with the manager and she said she would fix the situation but after she deleted the order! Needless to say depending on them for your food is it bad idea especially if you don't have any and you're expecting me to get an order to eat! I hope they investigate this because this manager makes this company a liar they don't guarantee to do, what they advertise! I went to another Smith's to fulfill this order which they did with expired or soon to expire food! But at least I was able to try this pickup service for the first time!!

I prefer uptown marketplace but this is closer to my house there's always there are always out of something the customer service is depending on the people sometimes excellent sometimes terrible almost always always out of something that you need definitely not my favorite Smiths other than the gas station the gas station is pretty much a five. The only reason I actually go there is because it is close by my house and sometimes I don't want to travel downtown
