This is probably the best deal for the atmosphere for the food quality and the service A+ on all levels. I’ve been trying some other restaurants. I’m going to find myself going back to Ichiban as quickly as possible because my other experiences have been so standard. This is an excellent restaurant.

They redid the store a few months back and everything is arranged confusingly and it’s impossible to find anything (and then when you finally do it’s out of stock.) also have had multiple experiences with rude colored haired employees, one who didn’t say a word to me and ignored me while I was asking for help at self checkout (she was not doing anything), and one who refused to bag my groceries in a reusable bag (but bagged the persons in line before me.) and once I tried to get postal stamps from the help desk and somehow had to wait half and hour and then the old woman gave me attitude! Such a convenient location for a horrible store with miserable employees. I’ve never seen anyone be rude to the employees but some of them are always having such an attitude to everyone and it’s stupid.

I'm able to get almost everything at a Great Price sales all the time. The pharmacy where I get my meds. I wish I could work in such a great environment. Great job Smith's.

This is my favorite Smith's location. It's always tidy and well-stocked. I wasn't a huge fan of the remodel at first. I was sick of the construction and I couldn't find anything. But it's much better now that everything is in it's final place. I like that there is plenty of parking and that it's located to so many other places I visit. One thing about Smith's that I wish they would work on is their self check out process. They have so few actual cashiers, that it basically forces you to use self check out. But if you scan more than 15 items at self check out(which, of course you will, it's a grocery store), you have to wait for approval from a cashier to continue. The cashiers are rarely paying attention, so you end up sitting there waiting for one of them to come over. Then they don't even look at your stuff. They just scan their card and walk away. It's a bad system.

I’m just leaving a long overdue shout out to Carol, Linda, and the whole sales associate/customer service staff. I often have a less than great experience at the grocery store, but it’s usually other customers or some corporate program that isn’t working right. Not to mention the store design shuffling that’s been going on….I was recently one of those problem customers as I had left my wallet behind. Carol and Linda both helped, but I mostly want to say thank you to the whole customer service team. ….i tried to be nice with my review of the customer service staff and literally less than a day later, I felt forced to go and wait at customer service for them to troubleshoot my app/loyalty card registration while my food melted waiting. So it’s still true what I said except even the staff can’t overcome the incompetence of corporate marketing programs.
