Walked in after getting my refund from an unhelpful bike shop nearby, to potentially buy a bike with all the bells and whistles. Soon, I met Mark and told him what kind of bike I was looking for and if he could help me find one. He did so tremendously. He helped me find the perfect bike, sent me on a test ride and mapped out bike lanes, gave me all the specs and information I needed, the whole shabang. When I test rode they watched my bag for me, and when I was ready to ride my new Sirrus out of the store Mark even filled my water bottle. He was incredibly kind, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. It was a breath of fresh air dealing with someone who was clearly capable, and understood the value of customer service. The type of service that earns long-term customers. If you are going to go anywhere for a bike, go here.

You cannot meet a better bunch of folks who know their stuff and constantly deliver to cyclists. And let's face it, these days, that's saying something and it's specially true for these group ride roadie types wow! Lol. I purchased my Tarmac SL8 from them and they have been great with advising and executing my upgrades. They recently serviced me on a few things and after a few rides now I can confirm everything is awesome. Hydraulic brakes by Tito, check. Creaky hub on zip 454 wheels by Austin, check. Upgraded the cockpit to Roval Rapide, sweeet btw! And check. Thanks to Daniel for being the organizer and champion for it all, and for putting up with it all.
