I would like to start off by saying, it seems like FOREVER since I started looking into purchasing a second ebike. The first one I have is great, it's a foldable and does everything you would expect for it to - BUT...I needed something a litle bigger to try and get some proper exercise (and a LOT of this weight off đł) and so I started researching. After what seemed like MONTHS I finally decided to get a Euphree Stellar Falcon and upon settling on that option, I went to their website to get the most information I could, including untold amounts of YouTube videos and reviews. What the website ALSO gave me was the recommendation to go to local shops that supported them and take a test drive. Great recommendation because that's how I found Intown Bicycles. Your customer service and knowledge was outstanding it's been quite a while since I've actually been into a local bike shop, you know these days most things are done online (kind of a sad truth) I already knew I wanted the bike but just to be sure, I thought I'd go in and LITERALLY kick the tires. Seeing the bike in person did surprise me, as I did not expect for it to be as meaty as it was but it rides as good as I'd hoped and I would not have known that if I had not come into a local shop to find out. The shop owner Keith (a happy coincidence and possible selling point having my same nameđđ˝đŞđ˝) was outstanding and very helpful every step of the way - even giving recommendations and information on other comparable bikes that I had not thought about but was good information to have. I put my order in in less than 20 minutes after arriving. It didn't hurt that he had already garnered a nice collection of positive reviews when I looked them up so I'm glad I'm able to add to that as a satisfied customer. I look forward to our continued cycling relationship and in recommending his business two others and continuing to support it myself. I love shops like this and hope to come across more like this one, they have set a pretty good bar, is good to see that great customer service provision is not a dead art. My two cents.

My partner bought a bicycle yesterday and it couldnât have been a better or easier experience. Keith and the crew help us pick out a bike and it was an amazing deal! In the past Iâve had my bicycle serviced here and was very pleased with the speed of service and the price. Now I know if I need to buy a new bike there is no better place to do that.

Went in for a brake bleed and bracket fix. Service was fast and fairly priced, and the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Only small complaint was my bike had some new chips in the paint job that werenât there when I dropped it off and it was covered in pollen suggesting it was stored outside.

A couple buddies and I stopped by to get a lock for our e-scooters. Keith helped us pick out a good one and even aired up our tires for us! When you stop by make sure to ask for Keith he is the best!!!

I brought my damaged bike to this store after speaking with them over the phone. I needed an estimate for repairs & insurance purposes. They held the bike for 2 weeks and kept delaying this simple request only to finally decline the job. I had to call them to get this news instead of them letting me know. They've lost a former customer. Atlanta Pro Bikes has been a superior experience.
