This is an outstanding company. From the moment I first contacted Jon till the final day when my treadmill was delivered by Kevin and another employee -everything was done with excellence. Jon answered all my phone calls, texts, and emails timely and with very detailed information. Jon knows all about fitness equipment. He was honest and did not push me to buy anything. He guided me in the purchase that would be a best fit for me. Jon and Kevin gave me a great price. The company picked up My old treadmill on the day of delivery—at no extra cost. Kevin, the owner, and his colleague were exceptionally nice and professional as they delivered the treadmill. Kevin went over the treadmill and how to use it prior to leaving. To me, it speaks volumes when the owner of a company gets in the trenches and works with his employees, as Kevin did with the delivery. I highly recommend this company. We narrowed our equipment selection down to the Inspire FT 2. The hunt was on to find a local vendor to preview the equipment. Premier Fitness Source in Buckhead was the local company that sold the Inspire FT 2. I called Premier Fitness Source to verify they had the FT 2 setup, & their sales agent, Jon Grove, was very patient answering my entire preliminary set of questions. My wife & I showed up mid-afternoon one weekend at Premier. Jon began by asking our background, goals & intent for use with the Inspire FT 2. We spent at least 2 ½ hours going over the equipment covering the benefits & flexibility of the unit. Jon’s knowledge of the equipment & his experience in the fitness world made us very comfortable buying from him. He provided the best price & an invaluable offer – to come to the house & help us become acquainted with the new unit. Premier Fitness Source also has a dedicated installation team. The installers (Chase & Aaron) did a great job setting up and fine-tuning the unit. White glove service directly employed by the company – unheard of these days. Jon made good on his promise, calling us to schedule time to help us get familiar with the equipment. Much to our surprise, he showed up bearing gifts. A nicely suggested “workout plan” for my wife & some “additional weight plates”. Jon’s knowledge, professionalism & guidance were an invaluable part of this investment, and because of him, we could not be happier with our choice.
