I was in NY for less than 24hrs and this place I would visit every time I come back. Hannah was welcoming and a great instructor. Amazing alignment cues and banging playlist. I left so sweaty and refreshed. Love the atmosphere and would 10/10 recommend to anyone visiting or living in NY.

I really recommend this studio! The studio has 2 floors and the rooms are quite big. The stuff is very friendly and it feels like a community. The space is very clean and neat . Also I feel like it's not so easy to find a place in NY where you have so many variety of yoga styles. And the teachers are very knowledgeable in their craft. So definitely recommend this place to everyone who is willing to try yoga for the first time or continue their practice.

I was looking for a budget friendly studio to continue my yoga practice. Love that the space has hard wood floors, and the heattttt 🥵 makes the practice really hit!! Just renewed for my second month, and I have been spreading the word!! Also to note, all the instructors I’ve taken classes with are amazing, and everyone is so kind!!

Even though the instructor was so nice and did a great job, this studio was extremely overcrowded to the point where you couldn’t move without hitting the person next to you. That plus the heat made it really uncomfortable. On top of that, the space itself is TINY & there’s not even enough lockers/space for everyone to put their stuff down. It’s also dirty & unhygienic. There are better hot pilates/yoga places in the city, wouldn’t recommend.

I’m new to the city and signed up for the yoga class while looking for a place to make my workout home base. The studio was a bit difficult to find, and I arrived a few minutes before class, but the door was already locked. There was no clear notice indicating that the doors would close before the class started. The only information provided was that the doors would close once class began. I called, texted, and emailed the studio to explain what happened and asked if I could attend a later class that day or the next day but I never received a response. I charged a $17 no show fee.
