Unlike other reviews, I never had my car broken into or problems with the staff. Jessica, Sebastian and Billy were always kind, approachable, and helpful! Anytime something came up, I felt comfortable reaching out and received the same authenticity in return. Beautiful cabinets, affordable prices and great location! I have had a great experience living at St. Elmo the last year and just renewed my lease! I have not had to put in many maintenance requests, but for the few I have they have been taken care of in a timely manner. The office staff is always nice and friendly to me when I see them and so is any maintenance staff I pass by. The location is great with so many great things nearby including Pins, Noble Joes coffee, and breweries. The area is still an up and coming warehouse district, but new businesses are moving in frequently. Overall I love it here!

My boyfriend and I just moved in and we really like it! There's some stuff to be re arranged in the apartment but nothing out of normal. The noises are not that bad as I expected according to the reviews, just regular apartment noises. Okay now, leasing office is regular... BUT, JESSICA ♥️♥️ love her, so attentive and fast to answer and action! She didn't give me my tour or anything but has always been super detailed oriented! So far I love it! Highly recommend it!

I toured 10+ complexes in the Austin area before choosing St. Elmo Living and have had nothing but a wonderful experience since my initial tour. Johnte and all of the leasing staff are amazing, welcoming, attentive, quick to communicate, caring, and helpful. They have a security guard at night that carefully patrols the parking garage and the complex, which I appreciate. Amenities are stunning, location is up and coming and walkable to places like The Yard, it’s very close to downtown, and the residents here are kind and respectful so far.
