Staff there really doesn’t care enough. Some are just there for a paycheck. Is it hard to find people who care to work at a place such as that facility. The security guard as an idiot and more.

St. Francis is an excellent resource for anyone living in Denver or just passing through that needs help with food, clothing, day-shelter, ID's or birth certificates, telephone calls, and many other resources. Currently their building is under renovation, so they are now located at 1075 Park Ave West inside of the Asterisk* building. It is right around the corner from the St. Francis Center. Their hours are from 7AM-3PM 7 days a week.
