Store staff was great. The prices in the store another story I learned when I got home. Be sure to bring a copy of the product you're thinking of buying from their web site so they can match that price. Basic DVD/CD writer was $20 more at this store than what they had it priced on Staples web site for $33. So yeah, I paid $53 for same make and model DVD/CD writer at this store. Same for ink cartridges being priced more than what is priced on their web site. Shopper beware.

I visited 1/13/25 at 11:30am Walked in to find some printer ink. I know what printer I have but it is not very clearly marked what specific ink goes with which printer. I couldn’t figure out which specific ink cartridge I needed so I asked the old lady at the counter as she was the only one available to help. I told her I knew which printer I have I just don’t know which cartridge to buy. She told me “just look it up online, and grab what you need” Fine, I left the store to look it up on Amazon, found it real easy, placed my order and it’ll be here tomorrow morning. I’m done supporting retail.
