The goods: well maintained facility, friendly and courteous staff. The bad: kids played the Northeast Regional Gold tournament all said that the temperature was too high. All the players were sweating and breathing heavily even before the games started. Also the spectator area is very small and can get crowded quickly. The ugly: located in East Harlem, a rough neighborhood. During the tournament on 9/7 around 2:00 pm, 4 gunshots rang from the apartment complex across the street. There was a street fair nearby. NYPD rushed to the scene after less than 5 minutes.
