This place has a lot of great events, so it’s definitely a spot students come through. That said, the front desk experience could be better. The staff at the desk are very upfront, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but sometimes it comes off as dismissive or uninterested. It would make a big difference if they were a bit more approachable and focused on helping students who ask for assistance rather than being more worried about talking with their friends.
