Hoping this will get to the store manager. I came in to pick up my order and no one was at the guest services desk. No one was there for a while. So I walked around the corner and there are 3 or 4 store associates in the space created for pick up orders to be stored, and they're all standing around talking to each other, so I said "hi excuse me, can someone help me pick up my order, no one has been at the desk for a while". A tall man wearing a lot of chains and his bright vest (I assume he takes orders to cars due to the safety vest) says "ok, NO, first, it hasn't been a while because I just came from over there....but yes someone will come help you" What??? All I said was it's been a while, I didn't say hey yall do your job or anything rude, just asking for some help. Was the attitude necessary? I've been living one here for years, and coming to this Target for years....and I've never seen the Guest Service space empty for any period of time; so I thought it was odd and was just asking a question to get help. Please help your team understand that attitude is wild, especially when it's just a simple pick up order.

Went shopping on the Sunday before school starts so today in Atlanta. And this target was not prepared which is mind-boggling. Long long lines for the self-checkout and for two cashiers working there and one of the cashiers was the slowest moving cashier I've ever seen. Why would you put that woman on a register when you know you are that backed up. What a choatic mess

This store is one of the best Target locations I have been to. Super clean, very organized, and had everything I was looking for. I’m particularly thankful for Jacquelyn (sorry if I spelled it wrong) for helping me at self checkout today! She was so kind and patient with me and helpful but speedy with her service. Give that woman a raise! I will definitely return to this target when in the area.

Every time I come here the service is abysmal. What a sorry excuse for a target. Talked to 4 employees and not one was able to get keys for the fitting room. I waited and walked around for 20 minutes. Totally useless. Horrible store and horrible customer experience.

Gave this location 2 stars based off location and convenience besides this the store is poorly managed, lines backed up, closed registers all the time. Starbucks is either always closed early or no one is there to serve you this has happened to me multiple times. This location operates like it’s not in a busy area.
