Your Google profile not only said you were open on this day and the hours open were still valid, but it, and your website gave direction to call and/ or text (I did both) the number listed. I left a voicemail and still have a text which did not receive a reply. You would not have had my name because I was calling to set it up or to at least see if it booking online would be an option. I didn't book it online for this very reason, nor did I use email since it was easier (and instructed) to text. I can understand if you didn't have anything available on that day, it was somewhat last minute and a shot in the dark, I just didn't understand why I followed the explicit instructions and your website and Google stated it was open/ seasonal hours, and I never received a reply back. I saw the seasonal hours on your website and it said it was during that time period but now I'm hearing otherwise. You might just want to ensure your information is updated on Google and otherwise. If it is (or was), then I never received any sort of response. And your website changed your "seasonal dates." I'm glad you have since updated but I think you know that is not what it said previously, it indicated after Memorial Day. This was a very exciting adventure with See Bottom Kayaking. The process to book was very smooth and the website was easy to navigate. I highly recommend using the exact pin drop location when you arrive. The pin drop will tell you exactly where to meet for your scheduled event. We brought our 55lb husky along and this was her first time on the kayak. Overall, it was really fun and we highly recommend the night kayaking! Our husky loved it and I know your dog will too!
