I appreciated that Lauren brought the SUP to the specific address listed, which is directly accessible to the bay. My kids and I had our own SUP and kayak, but needed a third piece of equipment in order to paddle together. It was nice not having to pick up this board elsewhere. Also nice not to have to find parking at a more crowded location at the bay. We were able to park right there on the street, and take out our own equipment with the rental. Then Lauren gave us the option to call anytime before 6PM to pick up. We didn’t need that long, so did call earlier, and she arrived to get the board before we had completed packing up our own gear.
