I am a frequent customer of Target and this is the first time I felt racially profiled. I was in the self checkout and the older white male attendant repeatedly mentioned that I shouldn’t forget to ring up the case of water. I told him I wouldn’t and he still proceeded to mention it another 2-3 more times. There were other customers in self check out however they were all white and he never said a thing to any other customer. He came to my check out area and started touching my screen and standing very close to me. I am extremely upset with this encounter and have never felt so targeted in my life. I will not be back to this location since it seems to not care to acknowledge the constant racism from one of its staff members. I see my review isn’t the first time this has happened. You would this would have been addressed by now, but apparently this location wants to reward racist behaviors by its workers. Extremely disappointed in lack of action from Target.

Here's something I noticed with this target. They'll have two registers open and what they do is they have one white or person of other demographics and one black. For some odd reason they always seem to have the black person stand ahead of the white person as if to have that white person watch over the black person. Well target I've been in your stores several times and have watched with my very own eyes white people place things in their purses or walk out in clear view with unpaid merchandise, as they can because they aren't being watched as the black people are. I'll be the only black person on one of the self checkouts and the other 3 occupied with whites and the attendant will either stand directly in front on me or pierce me with their eyes. I've had to call them out on several occasions. I am now going to bring this to the attention of corporate. Then, if I get no response or see no change make a bigger issue of the matter. The young people may not see what's happening but I am very observant and see it everytime I'm there. White people are no better than people of color.

Had to make a quick stop in before the snow and the team inside was great. This is a huge store and not being from the area the associates were super helpful in helping me find some things on my list. Store was well stocked, clean, and even though they were putting out stock they took time to check on us. Checkout was a breeze and the young lady overseeing the self checkouts had a great attitude.

Beth and Cheryl are absolutely incredible and friendly. Very helpful and went above and beyond to help me get what I needed in store. I'm truly grateful for their help. This is a great Target location.

Customer service needs improvement ASAP! I had items my son couldn’t fit anymore that were gifts from family/friends. My fiancé and I reached our $100 return limit since most of our son gifts came from target. Target policy doesn’t state anything about a limit last time I checked so we asked for a manager to see what could be done so the items aren’t going to waste. Leon comes and assist us and tries to do return it doesn’t work so he start stacking diaper boxes so we can take them back. My fiancé ask Leon if he’s a manager Leon says yes and my fiancé asked him if he’s the store manager and Leon says yes again and tell us he’s not going to assist us with a smirk on his face and starts going back and forth with us arguing. What kind of customer service is this???!!!!!!! Luckily the ASSISTANT manager Ericka heard us and asked how she could help and explained if we have a registry we can use barcode to return items without receipt! Why couldn’t the other employees explain any of this instead of brushing us off like it’s nothing else they could do?? Ericka returned our items with no problem and come to find out Leon lied to us he’s not the store manager now it make a lot of sense why he was behaving the way he was. We informed Ericka of Leon lie saying he’s the store manager and he continues to have a nasty attitude in front of the assistant manager she had to tell him to go take a lunch. Employees need better training and need accurate knowledge of store policies and procedures. Very disappointed will find another Target to shop at due to Leon terrible customer service and lies.
