I go tO this Target a lot, and have never had a reason to give a review. But on my last visit 4/18/2025 I had a really good shop day. I walked in and wanted help. I turned to my left where I was being greeted by Security and asked for his assistance he was very polite and helpful. I normally have to look all over the store for help, and when I would see a Target worker they seem to see or hear me needing help and look down or away. But RAFAEL (the Security Officer) not only made me feel Welcome as I walked in. He also made feel appreciate for shopping at Target. So again THANk YOU RAFAEL. Bought Aroma rice cooker, with stains already there when opened it, also with stuff missing, I am guessing got the used one, really dissapointing!!!!! I will suggest check every item, not trust worthy store at all!!!!

Vibes were off, it felt more like a prison store than a target. All the men's t-shirts and undershirts were locked up and I had to call an employee for help to buy a pack of $20 plain t shirts. I could tell they came as quickly as they could but there was a period of a few minutes where I stood there unsure if anyone was coming because the mechanism used to call employees over doesn't have a method of communication. Went to self checkout and there was a group of employees standing around and 1 cash register with a human, it probably would have been a faster and more pleasant experience if there were more cash registers open run by humans instead of employees looking over people's shoulders at the self checkout machines. Waited in line to be checked out by a human (they did eventually open up 1 more register), and walked by a several people wearing loss prevention outfits just standing around chatting near the exit. It felt like a hostile environment and was an unpleasant experience despite all of the employees being very kind, respectful, and as helpful as possible.
