Online pick up here is ridiculous. Store is close to home, so it is convenient location, but I always have to wait forever for my order to be brought out. I got a sloppy groom from a different Pet Supplies Plus store and came to this one to get it cleaned up. I called and explained and was able to get an appointment the same night. The manager Misael and groomer Kylee greeted me and had already talked to the other store. They were very apologetic and offered to trim my dog’s whole body and clean his ears free of charge. Kylee asked detailed questions beforehand to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted. She was quick and the haircut is perfect. I was so impressed by the customer service I received from Misael and Kylee’s attention to detail. I would highly recommend this location !

The store is always clean and well stocked, and they frequently have great sales and discounts. I do wish the aquarium area and fish stock were bigger and more diverse, but I've noticed they have a better quality of fish than other big pet stores. I have not seen dead fish in their tanks, and on more than one occasion, I have witnessed their staff discussing the health and well-being of their stock. They do not over stock bettas, so there are (usually) not a bunch of fish in tiny cups for months on end. If less variety means better quality of care, I can get behind that. The Glofish I bought at this location have been healthy and happy!
