Not much different from your average target aside from a much smaller selection of items. This target covers all the bases though, they offer groceries, furniture, wellness/beauty, electronics, etc. Staff is very attentive and the POS is mainly self-checkout focused. It’s super convenient for anyone in Lincoln Park to walk over during warmer months.

The employees working here are very rude. The young black woman working register 1 at 3:30 pm on Saturday June 21 refused to take my items out of my basket for scanning. Why I don’t know. I’ve been shopping at this store since it opened and never once has any employee working a register insist I do their job for them. On top of that she had her name tag on upside down. I’m sure to prevent complaints that mention her by name. Unfortunately this experience has been very par for the course since this store has opened. I’ve encountered very rude employees numerous times and going forward I will take my business elsewhere. I’m sick of spending my money at a store that provides such awful service.

Never again will I shop at this sorry excuse of a target, not only is the selection small but this was literally my first time being followed around a store from the time I walked through the doors! Not one greeting, the young Latina security guard immediately ran from her post to go to another security guard and start talking in a hushed tone and then got quiet and stared at me as I walked by thus begins the shenanigans of literally every worker in the store minus like 2, between the secret shoppers stopping by and peeping down every isle that you’re in and security not even trying to be discreet I felt extremely uncomfortable and offended as a woman of color. As I finished my shopping and was on my way to self checkout (which had more than enough registers open) another Latino employee decided that he wanted to check me out to which I agreed, I put my number in but I guess he thought it was someone else’s number as he claimed that the number didn’t work and he needed to scan my card in the app, so again I obliged bc I have nothing to hide, I paid with Apple Pay that the employee also suggested I hook up to the app for whatever reason and left the store very upset bc what was the point of any of this? Overall I won’t be back here, this store is only around the corner from my home but I guess I’ll make the trip to the store on Elston as I have been doing from now on, I tried to give them a chance despite the things I’ve heard about the employees and their apparent disdain for black people as they seem to think we don’t live in the area and only come there to steal, I refuse to be treated like a criminal AND hand over my hard earned money to this store! Good luck and hopefully good riddance soon, we have enough hate in the world

I love this Target! So convenient and quick to ring up. Daisy was the best! She greeted me with a smile and got me to sign up for the Red card. If you like savings and you shop at Target as much as I do then you need it! She also helped me get a good deal on the new Oculus with the red card and some tech promotion. Shout out to Daisy! Please give this girl a raise! 😄

They validate free parking for 45 mins. Don’t bother doing drive up because there’s no cellphone signal in the basement garage (entrance on Webster). Had to go upstairs to pickup in-store.
