We went to this toy store looking for a very niche item that had been discontinued and was sold out online and in every other retailer we looked at. We looked everywhere in the store and could not find it, so we asked the staff if it was still available. There were two young women working the register who went out of their way to go above and beyond for us. They searched in the computer and sure enough, they had the last of the toy available. Instead of telling us to go find it ourselves or that they wouldn’t be able to help us, they checked their stock room without us even asking. When the first employee didn’t find it, the next employee went to go look as well and found the item. We were overjoyed. The toy was for my dog, and we had been searching for it for a long time. These women did not need to go out of their way to help us and totally could have told us they couldn’t find it. And yet, they chose to go above and beyond and help us out. We are so grateful to them! This store has a wide selection of toys and games. I would highly recommend shopping here whether you’re looking for stuffed animals, games, or a super niche toy like we were. I really like the vibe of the store because instead of focusing on cheap-quality toys or flashy electronics like many major retailer chains, the toys here have a greater focus on imaginative play and social play.

Really cute place! Big selection of toys and it’s right next to the food court. It gets really busy on weekends but it’s way better on weekdays. It’s a little pricey but that’s standard for malls in general. Employees are really nice too!

Me and my husband stopped by to Pick up a toy for our grandson. They have a great toy selection, however we couldn’t be in there for no more than 15 minutes because it was so hot. I don’t think we’ll be back To this location because of this. It’s too dang hot already and to have to deal with heat inside of a store is ridiculous. We visit city creek store quite often and this is the first time we ever had to deal with this!

This is a great toy store. They have excellent curation, helpful staff (for the most part), and are reasonably priced. BUT, at this location, at least one staffer is ridiculously terrible at gift wrapping. When she asked if I had 15 minutes to wait for my two boxes to be wrapped, I assumed that meant she had something else to finish before she could do it. When I hesitated, she said “I’ll hurry.” An excruciating 16 minutes later, these are what she handed me. The pile of scraps left on the table looked like Edward Scissorhands had passed through. So dear managers, please train your staff on gift wrapping! It should take about three pieces of tape and three minutes, with a maximum of one scrap of paper per box, not 16 minutes, 16 pieces of tape (yes, I counted), and multitudinous scraps (no, I can’t count that high). Clearly this girl *really* wanted to do well because she tried so hard! So it’s a training/management problem. Please train your staff before Christmas so all of the mom’s don’t have to re-wrap!

They will wrap your toy for Free with beautiful bright red wrapping paper and a cute bow😍 it's a dollar more if you want a different kind of wrapping paper, not bad. They have a Great variety of toys and my child was in heaven looking at everything. It's nice because I can actually see what my child would like and then I know what to Suprise them with for birthdays or Christmas. Thank you for being an Awesome Toy store!!
