Finding the theatre was tricky in that the signage is crowded on the streets in this area along with building scaffolding that camouflaged it somewhat look for red signs. We arrived early to pick up tickets and surprisingly a staff person asked our name then handed us the tickets as we rode up the elevator. The seating is low. Cushions are low. Seating was plentiful so I moved a few rows back for a better view. People were understanding and a few others adjusted their seats for better view. The theatre is small. Good view almost everywhere.

We loved watching the Friends Musical Parody at this theater. The prices were great, and the theater was small and intimate. Not a bad seat in the house. The actors did fantastic. The lobby had a bar that served drinks before and during intermission. Yummy drinks for sure and all themed for the show they are performing. Fantastic Off Broadway Theater experience.

I simply loved the small intimate off-Broadway theater. It is located on the third floor and if you are not careful you might just walk by it. Although the theater is small it was plenty big enough for a wonderful presentation of The Office a Musical Parody. The cast was really great and talented. They put on an excellent show with plenty of laughter, dancing and singing to keep you engaged. I was totally into it.
