First, let me start with how much I love the clothes at Title Nine And until today, generally have always had good experiences at this store. I used to work across the street and they were always so friendly when I came in with my dog as well as helpful when selecting and trying on clothes. I purchased two items at the end of June for a trip that I never wore , Which most likely I would've kept under different circumstances. However, it's been a Domino effect of financial challenges the past month so I needed to return them since they were not a necessity. I was unaware they changed their return policy to 60 days and Apparently missed my window by one week. The sales associate, Ashlyn, Which surprisingly is the manager of the store, would not make an exception. I have owned my own business and managed others in various industries So I understand when there are certain policies; however, there are always exceptions And she clearly did not want to make one. I don't think I've ever written a review, let alone a bad review, but her attitude and lack of understanding or empathy truly annoyed me . Talk about bad customer service. In the future, I'll make sure my purchases are online. So disappointing!!

Title Nine is one of my favorite women's apparel stores. I've been shopping at the Cherry Creek store for years. Ever since they moved locations, the customer service has been horrible. I thought maybe it was just an isolated incident, but I've been there several times over the past few months. Each time the staff barely acknowledges my existence. They don't show eye/facial contact or engage in any small talk. I have been rung up for purchases several times, where they don't even talk to you. Instead they take drinks from their water bottles, eat snacks and talk with other employees. There aren't that many customers in the store, so you would think they could give a customer who is purchasing a few hundred dollars worth of merchandise a couple minutes of attention. I feel uncomfortable going here lately. It's sad because they used to be so friendly. It's been downhill for a couple years now. The selection of clothes is not as big as it used to be, but I'm not as upset about that. I just wish they were nicer. It's almost as if they don't want you to buy their clothes.

I made a purchase at the store (which will be shipped to my home) and the lady was very nice. Having said that, since I didn't receive any confirmation email etc a week later, I did call the store and the person I spoke to 'Sam' was more than annoyed that she had to look up my order. Not shopping there again! - now 2 weeks later, I still don't have my package (paid 130!!!) and store is telling me: 'there is nothing I can do' - Seriously? Don't order in store --0 customer service with an attitude!
