Excellently spacious, with both open air and circulated speaker/ballrooms. Areas were constantly cleaned and as comfortable as can be for size, with plenty of natural lighting in the common/intermediary areas. Staff were solid, patient, and capable, and I enjoyed the refreshments and amenities, though the pricing of the eateries within were appalling for their quality. Overall, served as a superior hosting space for the conference I was attending, and wouldn't really mind coming here again for another event. Only rated 4 stars because there should be double the bathrooms available.

Our company rented the convention center for the annual holiday luncheon. They had nowhere near adequate parking capacity for us, and traffic was backed up from the I-8 freeway just to reach their parking structure, which quickly filled to capacity and was unable to handle the remaining attendees. Once we were inside the facility, it was clearly not what we'd been accustomed to in past years. The noticeable low points that stood out: the overall outdated state of the entire facility, the women's bathroom was far too small so there was another long wait to get in, and 2 of the 3 sinks were broken resulting in yet another long line to wash up, the sound system was of very poor quality throughout the event, and the food was less than impressive. Other low points were not facility-related. If, in the future, my employer chooses to have another event at this facility, I will undoubtedly opt out.

The place is great. The reason for the 3 stars is due to Internet and phone connectivity for guests. For a convention center there would be an expectation of 100s of people attending an event. Hence the place hosting it needs to have connectivity and bandwidth to support that many users. Here we were constantly getting disconnected and dropping off the conference online hence missing content and presentations.
