I bought 2 pairs of sunglasses and they sent me two floor model (or used in general) glasses that had numerous of scratches on them. Super bummed out. Gal on the phone who handled my return was nice... but now they dont have any replacements and im SOL. Things happen.... but why sell used glasses and sell them as new?
