Of course, my wife ended up getting two pair of shoes while I watched. Vivian, the assistant who helped us was extremely good. She knew her products, was patient, and was proactive in helping her find just the right shoes. When we left I shared with my wife that I had not seen Service that good in a long long time. I love this shoe store, been shopping here for years, gotten arch supports, shoes and socks. The staff are so kind and helpful. They have many brands all very supportive, I live in Georgetown but it’s worth the drive for good shoes.

Store is ok but when we came in my mom was looking at a pair of Algeria black sandals and then this lady that had a floral top with black pants on tried the other pair on with no socks and wanted to buy it while she was already purchasing another shoe. The lady kept saying how comfortable they were out loud. My mom was looking at the shoe first and even tried on the display and asked for the mate to it and wanted to buy it because she had already had them on hold but they were placed back on the sales floor. The sales men said the other women was going to buy them first when she was not, so that was pretty annoying. We usually have great experiences here but today was out of the ordinary.

This is an all around great store. If you have weird feet, ortho issues, or are just picky about what goes in your feet, InStep is the place to go. I wanted to shout out to Conner (?) who was very accommodating yesterday while I tried on at least 10 pairs of boots. I ended up with a special order for the specific style and color that they did not have in the store. I always get great service here.
