I went to get my nails done yesterday. I got there an hour before they closed, yet they still let me come in knowing they would have to stay overtime to finish them. My stylist was Tiffany and she did a great job on my nails. I told her that I injured a nail and she was very gentle with it. It didn’t take long and the prices were good. Overall, this is a great place to go to.

I came In for a Dip powder manicure on July 5th mind you it was my first time at this salon. I was Satisfied with my nails (first picture with French tip and flowers on ring finger). A few days later on that following Friday the 11th (6 days later) my nails start chipping, I dont think much of it because they were very small chips and figured it would not keep chipping. I leave town for the weekend to go on a trip and by Sunday my nails were completely chipped and some of the nails were pealing so bad that the dip powder also came off and broke my long natural nails. (See the broken nail pictures). On Monday when I was back in town I called the salon regarding the manner and he told me I had To come in to show them the nails. I didn't Have a chance to go in Monday so I told him I will Go on Tuesday 15th (10 days later) during my lunch break. When I go Into the store I show what I assume Is the manager and he starts saying that I needed to call them since the first day it chipped. I explained To him that I was out of town and couldn’t come in he continued to say that I had to call that way I can Text them a picture of how my nails looked, and since I didnt Do that it was basically my fault and I would Have to pay a full Dip job again which is $50. He negotiated and said they weren’t charging for the removal nor the design. I told Him that i would even be okay with no design and that my natural nails were now broken and uneven and this was the first time ever the dip powder lasted less than a week. Usually I can Go 4-5 weeks with dip powder nails. I dont Appreciate the fact that this salon charged me $50 MORE to fix something that was not my fault to begin with. He argued that all because I didn’t Call from the first day it started chipping it would not me free of charge and that it was my fault for not letting them know right away even though I explained I was out of town. I returned later that evening because I would have had to pay more at another salon to get them re-done, and I did Pay $50 for them to re-do them plus I tipped the tech Tiffany $5 because she did a good job. She told me that she would not charge me for the two pointer finger designs that she did on me the second time so long as I did A good google review. I appreciate the good work the second time, but I do Not appreciate being charged a second time for something that was out of my control and not my fault due to poor and rushed job the first time around. I will Not be returning to this salon again. First and last time going and if you are thinking of going please beware!

This was among the worst pedicures I've ever had. The technician rushed through my pedicure, barely provided a massage, and left nail polish smudges on one big toe and a noticeable piece of skin jutting out from my other toe. (I didn't catch her name due to the language barrier but she was my age range -- 50s or 60s.) She got up and left, so I asked the young man who was taking care of my friend next to me to fix the errors when he was done with her pedicure (which took the normal amount of time). I mentioned the issue to the manager, and he acted with total indifference, no apology, and even a smidge of condescension, as though I was just a complainer. It's one thing to receive poor service. It's another to be treated with indifference and condescension. I don't know how they have such great reviews. Buyer beware!
