Horrible customer service. They quoted me incorrect pricing and told me my reservation was at 3:30. Once i arrived they gave me incorrect pier location, and the worker was extremely rude, showing signs of attitude and improper care for the customers. The instructor didn’t take me seriously and wasted our time more. They told me my appointment is at 4pm and 3:30 was just my check in when i made it clear before that i would like it to be ended at 5pm. And then said i would have to wait for another boat ride which is at 4:30. They prioritized others over me when my original appointment was at 3:30. This completely changed up my schedule.
