I have been coming to Village Spa Nails nearly every four weeks for the last 10 months and everything about the service is perfect. The space and tools are clean. The Gel-X is a fair price and mine stay on for 3-6 weeks. With tip, I usually spend $80-$85. All of the staff are kind and extremely talented at what they do. Look no further for a great gel manicure!

Dan did a great job on my nails! I feel ready to be a bridesmaid in a wedding I have coming up. My only complaint is that I was charged $65 for a full acrylic set when on the website it says it’s $45. Update: nails have stayed on the last 2 weeks and looked beautiful at the wedding.

I paid over $100 for a manicure that was not well explained to me in the price because I thought it was a specialty manicure with a add on of dip powder (to make it last longer). So I spent a ridiculous amount marked as two separate manicures on my bill (which I checked to see if that was correct and they told me yes). I was a little frustrated but I accepted I misunderstood their menu which was extremely misleading. But my nails WITH DIP POWDER chipped within two days. It’s been one week and I’ve removed it all because this is how it looked after 5 days. Absolute waste of money and I am really frustrated by the experience. The staff was nice, but the quality of my manicure and the price was absurd.

I was recommended to come here only for the nail tech TOM whom is always busy but he is very good. Knowing he might be busy I let another tech do my nails which prior coming cost me 80$. I came in for a simple fill in. After getting my nails done the next day my nails was cracking and falling off. I returned to this nail place which was closed for the next 6 days. That's what brought me in today where I would come across Mrs Rude Sarah. I politely came in and told her what was going on and she could clearly see that my nails was done very poorly by a different tech that wasn't working. A male tech checked them and said yes they need to be all done over. Here go Sarah telling me she couldn't do nothing today they was booked except for a very small opening she wasn't sure about but it was no customers in there literally. I told her that's absurd my birthday is tomorrow I need them done now I waited 6days for them to reopen. I told her I can wait. Then 10 mins later She told me come on but she couldn't fix all of them because she is not the one that did the work she kept saying verbatim "Girl I'm not the one that did them girl if I got to fix all of them I'm going to charge you" I know you paid for extra but I'm going have to charge you again because I'm a different tech and her money don't go to me . I will have to get half of her portion for fixing these two. She said she just had time to fix the two that fell off while the other ones was cracked up wasn't her problem.That was really pointless to me if all of them was going to pop off. Meanwhile, it was only three customers in the building at 3 pm when they close at 7 pm. Also, when I walked in we wasn't greeted for about 20 minutes. Five minutes later Sarah was telling another customer they (nail salon) didn't have time today to do a full set which she called in for and drove a whole hour. She told her verbatim "well I didn't know you was driving that far girl". A male tech intervened and told the lady he would do her nails. After going back and forth about this poorly set of nails I asked for a refund because obviously she was being an A-hole laughing and being sarcastic which I didn't find funny. She didn't give me my refund because she said if your going to talk to my manager about this then get a refund from them. Safe to say I will return when a manager is there! I would never come here again!
