I am a disabled vet. I was in their lounge area sitting at the only table using my laptop and waiting for my appointment when what looked like a homeless lady came in and wanted to use the entire table to invite people to play cards. The male staff member (I think his name was Eduardo) pressured me to leave the table so I guess you can only go there and use their resources if their friends don't want to use them. The male staff member was rather rude and I felt unwelcome and left. I rarely go there but it seems like that staff member definitely prioritizes the people that go there all the time over people that come less frequently.

This place needs to not exists. Complete incompetence and completely unhelpful. Staffing agencies do a better job at helping veterans, these people just make you chase your tail and they aren't very professional. Went back and forth for several weeks about what's needed and every week was something new. I just need a job and they are no help at all. Full of empty promises.

Operated and Pretend to help Veterans. If you file a complaint it goes all the way to the Top to no avail. I am USMC Veteran with PTSD and concerned how unfairly we are treated in Miami. I have not gotten any type if help for my PTSD from the staff. They hire unqualified friends or family to treat us and they all have gotten paid and quit! My apartment has vandalized, my Bike stolen and illegal activity that I reported. 3 Police Reports. I have served. With evictions for in the last couple of months . 6 Notices. I called the Mayors Office to see if he had a dept that helps Veterans and they said NO! This has to stop! Then they wonder why Veteran Suicides are at all time high? Veterans don't have a dedicated Suicide Prevention Hotline? We have a call center and if your lucky the only help you get other than phone numbers for Veterans to call other agencies if in Distress. We fought for your Freedom and Its all about the $$$$.

Ugh..what can i say. I gave this one star not because of the staff. But for the rowdy homeless people that go there... From what I've seen the attitudes of the homeless there is more of what can they get for free without contributing to Society.... Yes some have legitimate mental problems but most just want stuff for free...
