We did the Wing Buddies class with our barely 2 year old and she made huge strides with her comfort and basic skills in the water! She was clinging to me the entire first class and by the end loved going under water (with her mouth closed!!!). We saw the most growth in her when we went to the pool the week after the class, where she loved being in the water and kept asking for “duck duck canoe”, the game where you push them under water. She wasn’t ready for the next step up class, but we will sign her when she is! Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful experience with Coach Katie during my toddler son’s introduction to swim class. She created a warm, welcoming, and reassuring environment that helped him feel comfortable from the start. Katie clearly has strong swimming knowledge and, more importantly, a natural ability to connect with young children of all temperaments. The site coordinator, Candace, was equally kind and helpful, contributing to a smooth and supportive experience. The entire team deserves high marks for their real-time communication with families through group texts and emails. We highly recommend Coach Katie and the program to any family starting their swim journey! ⸻

We just finished our fourth cycle of swim lessons with water wings in East Atlanta Village. We will definitely be returning as our son continues to learn the fundamentals of swimming. This is such a great experience if you’re looking for smaller classes and a very tailored approach for your child. We will continue to return to water wings, and refer other families!

We’ve been with water wings for three sessions now, and I can’t recommend them more highly! Our “slow to warm” four-year-old has thrived. They are motivating and encouraging while still being respectful of the kids and not forcing them to do anything they’re not ready for. Coach Tyler is especially good with the kids! Looking forward to another round in July!

Highly recommend Water Wings! We signed up for two cycles in a row at the Kirkwood location and it was absolutely worth it. Before starting lessons, my child was only comfortable being in a pool with a floatie or noodle, but now is fully confident with jumping in the pool and swimming underwater. There are multiple instructors assisting in the water with the class, and they’re all wonderful. We will definitely be coming back next season to hone in on more advanced skills!
