We had 2 separate reservations for a total of 5 individuals. Smooth check-in for all. Safety review, life vests, choice of kayaks, assistance getting in the boat... Interesting wildlife on and along the river. Great price for a 2-hr rental!

The guy at the launch, Bokai, was very knowledgable and eager to help new Kayakers. He did everything professionally to ensure a safe trip. The team was very accomidating to my schedual also. The route up north took about an hour to comfortably reach Montrose before we turned around and its much more quiet and scenic than I thought itd be! Youre sure to see all sorts of wildlife like Heron, Fish, maybe even turtles and cayote! I would definately come back, especially if youre living northside, this is such a good rental site.

Took my boy kayaking before school starts. We saw so many turtles and different kinds of birds along the river. It was a lot of fun! We ate at Soul Smoke afterwards, such a nice outdoor patio with river water view. The girl working for Waterriders is a nice & professional. 5 stars!!

Charlie was a great help with a short lesson on how best to paddle to stay comfortable. He made sure everything was sized correctly for each person and gave a great recommendation on where to go to see turtles. It's a perfect way to spend an afternoon and it doesn't hurt that there's a brewery next door.
