Jason was able to find the problem and get me back on the road in a timely manner. I have ridden my bike over 100 miles since the fix and it shifts smoothly which is essential for the area where I live. Thanks SO much!! 4/2021 Great customer service today! Getting my bike overhauled there in a few weeks. Will write more after I see (and use) the result. Later..they did a great job! Expensive..but it was the first extensive work I've had on my bike since I bought it 10 years ago.
