My shopping companion's favorite part of the store, The olive bar. It always has the olives that he likes. After much searching for the said olives, We finally found them at our local store. Five stars for this place.

I spent about an hour looking for juices that I had researched on their website last night. I couldn't find a lot of them and asked for help. One employee, I didn't get her name, was very kind and helped but she couldn't find them either. So eventually I had to do all my research all over again and read the labels for ingredients. After about an hour, I had loaded up a cart load of juices. I go to the front and there is no one working at the registers, just the self help registers were open. With almost $200 of juice in the cart, it was not easy to scan and load up bags in the limited space in the self help checkout. Plus, the glass scanner didn't work and I had to use the handheld scanner. For the 1st time, I almost walked out and left the cart for them to put it all back. It was five bags of juices that I had to double bag due to the weight. I also had two frozen items that were defrosting due to how long it was taking to scan all of it in the about 1 foot by 2 foot space they have to load the bags. Then as I was leaving, they had opened one checkout next to the service counter. I'm noticing that they never have vegan pizza in the bakery section anymore. I've given them feedback and their responses were very odd for a college town. Saying no one is vegan anymore? In a college town? The employees are mostly kind except in that bakery section, they seem angry or hate their jobs. As my frozen items were defrosting due to the time I had to spend without any help in the store, for the 1st time ever in my life, I left the cart without taking it back to the cart coral. I made sure it was not close to any cars, but I am so fed up with the lack of customer care with almost every corporation any more. Amazon / Whole Foods is falling way behind in how they treat customers now. It's not the employees, it is the corporate direction in not caring.

My go to store for imported cheese. They have organic fresh bread, scones plus organic crackers, etc. nice selection of organic vegetables. About the only place to buy caviar year round. The food bar often has a nice selection of interesting hot and cold items.

Amazon Return desk refused an approved, boxless return of two items simply because they did not have a box for them. They refused to try and look for a box, or accept the return and find a solution on their end. They simply refused, stating that it was my problem and that they would simply throw the parts away without accepting the return. I then spent 1 hour on the phone with Amazon customer service who actually provided a solution that didn't involve this Whole Foods' awful customer service.

This used to be my favorite whole foods location, after today's experience I'm looking at other locations. The staff seemed to really hate their jobs as well as happy customers. Overall, I came to get the usual and got out as soon as possible. The facility itself was clean and stocked up on all the organic meats and foods I love. But customer service with a smile is what keeps someone returning, I’m going to fresh tyme for now on.
