Horrible customer service. We have spent a lot of money here on several different items over the years. I was made to feel stupid and ridiculous for wanting to return plates that I never used. They proceeded to tell me that they were unable to help me and they left me at the counter for over 15 minutes and I watched as the two managers stood in the corner and laughed. For the price of their items you’d think they’d have some decency! They either need to take lessons in customer service or hire new people. The staff seemed clueless & careless. I will no longer be purchasing from here and have been turned off indefinitely. Do not support this over priced joke of a store.

The people who have left a negative review due to customer service either A. Don’t know how to communicate and therefore you were met with the same respect as you gave or B. They use to have an employee here who was rude and is no longer there. This store is amazing. Customer service is top notch, the store is well lit and beautiful, and they sell high end items at a fair price.

Ordered a salad spinner from their website on 12/2/24, it's been over a month and I have not reveived my item. They did however charge my credit card $127 and when I check on the status on their site it says the item has been shipped. I check the status of the tracking number on UPS and it says they have not received the package. It's been a month and half since I placed my order and nothing. I'm currently on hold over the phone trying to speak to customer service and so far it's been 37 minutes. LOL, you guys are a complete joke! I'll be sure to never order anything from your website again and stick with Amazon.

I was excited to see their new location at trolley square and purchase a Wolf toaster that was marked down to $299 online showing as available for in store pick up. I figured I’d just go in and see it prior to making the purchase. This was not showing as marked down in store so I asked if they could match the online price or if I’d just need to order it for pickup online to get the deal. It took them over 30 minutes to finally give me the answer that they would match the price only to tell me the only one they had available was the display model with no box covered in scuffs and fingerprints at no additional discount. Why they couldn’t just tell me that they didn’t have any in stock when I first got there? I don’t know. They offered no apology and the manager seemed to look at me as the inconvenience when they wasted a bunch of my time. This seems to be a different staff than I’d previously become familiar with in their old trolley location and the vibes are not friendly in any way like they used to be. I will not be returning.

Walked into my local store with a return of $300 plates I purchased before Christmas, I didn’t use them and wasn’t as in love as I thought i’d be. I had my receipt as well as my order number, I was told they cannot help me due to me having already “started a return” which I stated over and over I DID NOT DO! I was treated like an idiot I was talked at and not to. Every time I asked a question or concern I was ignored and talked over. As I pulled up my receipt the two employees/managers working WALKED AWAY and started gossiping and laughing, unprofessional. I felt very disrespected, I almost feel as though it has something to do with my young age, hence why I was spoken to like an idiot. In the end after being ignored and mistreated I asked for a bag to carry my plates out and left. I have spent a lot of money over the years at this establishment, I won’t make that mistake again. Never again.
