I’ve lived here for quite sometime when I was in Chicago and I really loved this building. Everything is top notch and the concierge and maintenance teams are just amazing. Shoutout to them and their relentless good work and smiles. The view is one of the bests (if you’re facing the river) and the amenities are top notch. Only thing is, in the many years I’ve spent here, the building becomes unliveable in summer and on any events that occur on the river (new years, st Patrick’s day, etc.)

I've been living at Wolf Point East for almost a year after moving from NYC, and have found much to appreciate. The staff here, specifically Kenneth and Nicole are consistently friendly and welcoming, which creates a warm community vibe. Their efficiency in handling work orders is impressive, especially Hector, ensuring that any issues are addressed quickly. The building's amenities are a standout feature and are always clean and orderly – the indoor pool and gym offer stunning views, making workouts a pleasure. The 40th-floor deck is a real gem with comfortable study rooms, couches, and breathtaking views down the Chicago River, perfect for relaxation or work. The apartments themselves boast top-notch finishes, adding to the sense of luxury. However, living here comes with a few drawbacks. Exiting the parking garage can be time-consuming, and the costs for parking, the apartments, and additional storage are on the higher side. But, as with many things in Chicago, the quality and benefits often match the price. In sum, Wolf Point East offers a premium living experience, albeit with a few trade-offs typical of city living.
