This is the first time in a long time that I've been here to this zips. They have renovated remodeled I don't know which one to call it but it looks great and the atmosphere is okay. I believe the person that was in charge of the area that I was in was Austin or something like that I forgot the name of our server but she was very nice she just had to deal with the fact that whoever made our fries made them crispy like a stack of pine needles and we just could not eat them at all. The zipper Rita's on the other hand were definitely delicious I ordered the shamrock and they never disappoint. This is one of the thing on the menu that lives up to its name.

Avoid this location at all costs. Two drinks turned into a bill for four. When I questioned it, the manager refused to correct it and even threatened to call the police on me over their own mistake. (I told her I wasn’t paying for the 2 drinks I didn’t order) The GM later admitted the error and promised a gift card—but by the time I returned, both managers were gone and the new GM told me I was “out of luck.” High staff turnover, zero accountability, and incompetent management. The wings aren’t worth the chaos. Stay far away from the Camelback Road location.

Had 2 orders of the tacos, followed by a brownie desert. Really friendly staff and food was great. Very affordable and was surprised by how big the brownie was which made me smile a lot when it came. Took food allergies seriously too which is important in any food place.
