Beyond surprised to see positive experiences with staff here. Went in with my friends a few months ago and was met with such rudeness from staff, who kept being so disrespectful to my friend who just looked very neatly at the different sizes, being screamed at not to touch anything. Followed us around like we were going to trash the place and in general made us so uncomfortable. At least our cashier was nice. :/ Can’t say I’d ever come again. There are other Zumiez locations with much kinder employees.
