Came in looking for a party idea for my husbands birthday, seen a lot of kids themed options but not a lot for older adults, I ran in too two workers and they pointed me in the direction of a new set they just got in, 90s set & OMG this set is prefect for what I was looking for! They asked if I could leave a review and I was more than happy to! Thank you Seleena and lori 10/10 recommend this store they also have newer sets like the office and ghostbusters 🎉

I punched an item on the 50% off rack. I brought it back the next day with the receipt to return it. The manager, Laurie, would not return it or exchange it even thought no where in the written return policy states it could not be returned. The receipt does not state this either. I asked why I was not I informed that it was not returnable and she said they forgot. On the store return policy tapped to the counter there is no statement saying sale items cannot be returned. I will not shop at this store anymore and if asked I will tell anyone I know not to shop there either.

I came to this particular Zurchers location yesterday on July 30th and I have to say the customer service was impeccable. Gabrielle was the name of the cashier who checked me out and she was extremely polite and made my shopping experience better. As well I've noticed the store to give off a nicer impression than other locations.

Came into the store to find some certain supplies, didn’t know where everything was since it was my first time at this location but luckily the Store manager Lory and the assistant Saleena were there at the perfect moment and asked me if I needed help, they were friendly and helpful and asked me what specifically what I was needing. Got most of what I was looking for but if it wasn’t for those two I wouldn’t have found half what I was looking for, would definitely come back to this location and would recommend.
