The people at this shop were friendly, however I had a few issues. My appointment was delayed about 40 minutes because Chloe was running behind. I waited because I was going on a cruise in 2 days and the next day I needed to pack, get the last minute items, and visit a sick family member. The total cost of my nails with a $20 tip for a pedicure and the attached gel x set was $168.75. I paid for the seashell design and a little jewel in the center of both flowers. The seashell design started peeling within 24-48 hours and the jewels were completely gone the next evening. Since they were closed and i was preparing for travel I couldn't get in contact to get it fixed. On the cruise there is no service so I couldn't call then either, so I called once back for a refund. I was informed they don't do those, but since I don't get my nails done often and only needed them done for the cruise it makes zero sense to have them redone. Needless to say I am not happy.

Walked in at noon on a Saturday, and was able to get no chip mani pedi with no wait. She did a terrific job and everyone is nice. I was able to get my nails done for Pride Fest and for my trans flag. I chose a darker pink since I thought it be more flashy.
