Most disappointing "blood draw" ever! Have donated dozens of times and nothing like this has ever happened. The phlebotomist must have been new to the job as she totally messed my draw up. Said my blood wasn't coming out fast enough, and that she needed to re-position the needle, which she did and then tightened up the blood pressure cuff, ALOT!! Almost immediately the vein blew out and bled all over my arm. She withdrew the needle, said the blood had air in it now and was contaminated and couldn't be used. So needless to say, I will probably not be returning in the near future, or maybe ever.
